Students are expected to show their awareness of issues in variety of social and cultural fields from their daily life and of other cultures. As independent learners and researchers, they are expected to carry out research, plan and structure presentations based on assigned or chosen themes by themselves and design presentations which are efficient in conveying information and ideas. They are also expected to be able to work well in pairs and groups to plan and structure presentations on the assigned or chosen themes.
